How to forward call on RingCentral as user

Method 1: Always Forward All Calls to Your Personal Phone

On the RingCentral App (Desktop or Mobile)

  1. Open the RingCentral app

  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)

  3. Select Phone or Call Handling & Forwarding

  4. Under Call handling, go to Work Hours

  5. Choose Forward to

  6. Add your personal phone number

  7. Set rule to Ring only this number or ring in order
